Seeing what light language does

If you have ever wanted to see what your voice is doing — not to have it explained to you, but to look at it yourself — that is what this is for.

Before you record anything

Please read this in full. You cannot record, upload, or save anything until you accept it, and you can withdraw later.

Draft wording. This states the disclosures the project requires, written plainly, but it has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. It is fine for the account owner's own testing. Get it reviewed before inviting any volunteer.

Welcome

Voice → Zone Analyzer

Record or upload a sample, see how its acoustic energy distributes across the eight zones and how that moves across the session, then log it with an intention for later comparison. Audio is analyzed in your browser and is not uploaded.
Confirm your email address. A link was sent when you signed up. Until you use it, nothing can be recorded or saved. It may be in your spam folder.

Which part should be analyzed?
Drag the handles to choose what gets analyzed. Nothing here detects which language is being spoken — that is not something this tool can measure, and a guess dressed as a measurement would be worse than none. It finds pauses, which are real and measurable, and the shift into light language usually follows one. Where the boundary actually goes is your call.
Half-speed playback shifts everything down one octave and takes twice as long to play. It is the same transform the comparison below measures.
Measured

Frequency zone distribution

The relative distribution of this sample's energy across the eight analysis bands. Zone colors follow the traditional chakra palette purely as a visual identifier — see the gold panel at the bottom for what that framework does and does not claim.
A spectral measurement only: it describes where the sound's frequency content sits. The bands overlap slightly at their edges and content outside 60–4000 Hz is not counted, so these are proportions across the eight bands rather than a share of all energy in the recording. No physiological or organ-level claim is implied.
Measured — across the session

Zone distribution over time

Each vertical slice is one time window, stacked to show the zone mix at that moment. A single set of eight numbers averages a whole session flat; this is where the movement actually shows.

Hover anywhere on the strip to read the exact figures for that moment. Eight colors cannot all be told apart reliably — Heart and Legs are the closest pair — so the readout, not the color, is what identifies a zone.
Measured — comparison

Normal speed vs. half speed

Halving playback speed shifts all frequency content down by exactly one octave together. It relocates where existing content lands on the zone map; it does not split content into new destinations, and it adds no information the normal reading does not already contain.

Measured — generated geometry

Geometric synthesizer

A Lissajous figure: a parametric curve traced by combining sine waves at this sample's dominant zone carrier frequencies (2D uses the top 2 zones by energy, 3D the top 3). Deterministic math driven by your measured frequencies — not a simulation of a physical response, and not a claim that sound carves these shapes into the body. Drag either figure to rotate it. In the 3D figure each zone drives one axis, drawn faintly in its own color, and every segment of the curve is colored for whichever zone’s axis it has traveled furthest along at that point — so you can see which of the trio is shaping each part of it.
2D — dominant pair
3D — dominant trio
Measured — word valence

What was said

Type or paste what the speaker said. Scoring uses VADER, a lexicon method that accounts for negation and intensifiers, so “I am not happy” scores negative. Every word that carried valence is listed, so the number can be checked rather than trusted.
A lexicon score over the words only. It reflects the valence of the vocabulary used, not the speaker's emotional state, their health, or the effect of anything they heard.

By track

Counts and means only. The correlation view described in the brief is deliberately not built yet: with a handful of samples and no per-speaker baselines it would produce a clean-looking chart of noise. It needs both tracks carrying real data, and baselines, before it means anything.

Analysis versions in the data

Results are only comparable within one analysis version. If more than one version appears here, samples across versions must not be pooled without re-analysis.

Chakra zone correspondences

These organ and emotional associations, and the zone colors used throughout this tool, come from traditional chakra teaching — not from acoustic or physiological measurement. No result above implies a zone's organs or emotions are being affected. Audio Hz and light color are also physically unrelated units, so the color-coding is a visual label, not a frequency correspondence. Feet and Legs are not part of the traditional seven-chakra system; they are an extension for this eight-zone actuator layout.
Presented as tradition and experiential design language. No Hz value on this page has been shown to cause a specific organ or emotional effect.

Address and removal

Deleting sends a confirmation link to your address; nothing is removed until you use it. It then permanently removes your account, every sample you have saved, and any raw recordings you chose to keep. The record that you accepted or declined the consent form is kept, because that record is the only proof you were asked properly.
Zone bands: Feet 60–101 · Legs 101–171 · Root 171–290 · Sacral 290–490 · Solar 490–828 · Heart 828–1400 · Throat 1400–2366 · Crown/Brow 2366–4000 Hz. Analysis uses the first audio channel, resampled to . Engine . Results are comparable only within one engine version. Sentiment scoring uses VADER (Apache-2.0).
